RATEX Business Solutions, Inc. Announces Move of Pennsylvania Headquarters to Plymouth Meeting, PA

The New Office Accomodates Future Growth, Offers Visitors Easier Access to Airport and Hotels, and Features a Contemporary Customer Training Facility

Fort Washington, PA, March 12, 2002 – RATEX Business Solutions, Inc. (RBS) will be moving their Pennsylvania Headquarters on Friday, April 5th to a new facility located in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Plymouth Meeting is a community filled with hotels, shopping, and restaurants that will make customer visits more enjoyable.

RBS will be closing down all normal operations on Friday, April 5th. From 8 a.m. EDT Friday until Monday at 8 a.m. EDT all support calls need to be directed to 215-272-3674. RBS will be open for business as usual on Monday morning April 8th.

A major highlight of the new office is the customer training facility. The training area is equipped with 12 individual work stations to allow each participant their own hands-on training experience. RBS plans to offer a regular training slate starting in the summer of 2002. More information on training will be coming at a later date.
