System gives you the opportunity to manage your tradebook business
with greater efficiency and reduced effort. Each function of the module

COMPREHENSIVE BOOKSTORE DATABASE
Within the Tradebook Module, you can organize your store and
vendor files to meet your exact needs. For example, you can classify
a tradebook in a multitude of categories and easily keep track of
its location at your bookstore.
Vendor information will include not only the name and address but also the appropriate
discount tables and other data such as order, return, and remittance data.
The database will easily store pertinent data for every book at each
of your stores. You may enter the title, author, location
or SKU to query the current and future status of any book.

EFFICIENT BUYER DECISIONS
The Tradebook Module offers a variety of automated procedures
to assist you in the inventory management process. For example, you

- Print buyer/return worksheets
- Idenfity minimum and maximum stock levels
- Preset a date to review the status of a book

- Know exact stock levels of any item with online inquiry

Pending orders are easily stored in the system until you are ready to generate
a purchase order. At any time, you can manually enter information
such as special book orders, purchase orders, and manual
inventory figures. |

The Tradebook Module puts you in touch with your bookstore
through reports that will help you identify opportunities for problem
solving as well as growth. You have the ability to generate comprehensive
reports that are designed into the system or to design your own reports.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
As part of the installation of the RATEX software system, RATEX
