RBS: A Team of Technology Professionals and Collegiate Retailing Experts

Jere Warner, President/CEO, joined RBS in 2004 after nearly two decades as a college store executive at Cornell University and Penn State University. He has been instrumental in the development of VisualRATEX™,
the next-generation, Windows®-based edition of RBS’s legacy RATEX™ store management product.

Jere is now guiding the company on an aggressive growth trajectory that includes an expansion of its software and e-commerce solutions for independent college stores. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, PA.  

 

Mario A. DiMascia, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, directs all marketing and sales efforts for RBS products and solutions. 

Mario joined the company more than 16 years ago. He has in-depth knowledge of the needs of collegiate retailers and extensive experience in helping college stores use technology to improve their business operations. He attended La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Pat Rodgers, Vice President of Information Technology, directs the development and implementation of RBS technology solutions. She joined RBS in 2010 to expand and enhance the IT platform upon which RBS software applications, website, financial systems, and hardware/telecom are based.

Pat previously served as Vice President of Applications Development at multichannel retailer QVC, where she designed a world-class customer relationship management (CRM) system that won the 2003 CIO Magazine Award for Innovation.

Pat holds an MBA from Villanova University, a B.S. in Mathematics from Cabrini College, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. 


Jeff  Zayicek, Vice President of Customer Service, is responsible for all aspects of customer service, including client support, training, project management, and administration.

Prior to joining RBS in 1989, Zayicek worked at PAR Technology Corporation, where he was instrumental in the development and implementation of software applications capable of supporting a $25 million customer service organization.
Zayicek holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.

 

Amitava Mitra, Vice President of CRA Business Development, spearheads business development with CRA vendor partners. His focus since joining the company in 2007 has been to develop business relationships and systems that help RBS customers solve problems.

Mitra previously spent seven years at Sequoia Retail Systems.  He is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia.

 

Tom Whitmore, Director of Product Development, oversees new product development and current product enhancement to ensure RBS solutions meet the product design and implementation needs of customers. He is currently developing a formal library management process for mainstream software deployment.

Before joining RBS in 2006, Tom worked in technology development at Keystone Information Systems, Jones Motor Group, and GP Technologies. He holds a B.A. in Business from Eastern University in St. David's, PA, and is IBM-Certified in UniVerse Development and UniVerse Administration.

 

Meighan Martin, Project Manager, manages the completion of a variety of projects that support product development and client service.  She also serves as the Collegiate Retail Alliance (CRA) Project Manager, facilitating the planning, development, and deployment of initiatives set by the CRA. 

Before joining RBS in 2007, Meighan was a project manager at GlaxoSmithKline.  A  graduate of Loyola College in Maryland, she is currently working towards her MBA at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
